HOW YOU CREATE IMPACT

Business Development Identify and develop new customers importing goods from Vietnam to the United States. Expand the U.S. market by leveraging both the company's existing customer database and your own professional network. Sales Team Leadership Train, coach, and develop the sales team. Recommend compensation structures and commission plans.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING

College or Bachelor's degree obtained in the United States. Vietnamese candidates who are legally living and working in the United States. Minimum 1 year of business development experience within a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze markets and develop sales strategies. Leadership experience with the ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
