This role is fully remote, enabling you to deliver services to clients in an outpatient setting without the constraints of a traditional office environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee and deliver comprehensive clinical care to clients, demonstrating expertise in mental health treatment and assessment.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique psychological needs of each client, fostering growth and healing.

• Perform thorough psychological evaluations that inform the development of effective treatment plans and establish ongoing support systems.

• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment reports to track client development and inform future interventions.

• Engage with clients and their families to collaboratively design and implement personalized resolution plans, addressing any emergent crisis situations effectively.

• Refer clients to additional specialized services or professionals to ensure a holistic approach to their mental health care.

• Deliver educational resources and support programs to clients and their families, promoting understanding and coping strategies essential to their mental well-being.

• Monitor and re-evaluate treatment plans regularly to adjust interventions based on client progress and emerging needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of patients, including children, adults, and families, each facing multifaceted mental health challenges. Your expertise will guide individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders, empowering them to actively engage in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a complementary mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential for this role.

• Strong clinical assessment skills with an ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of clinical experience in mental health settings is required, candidates with a more extensive background in direct patient care, crisis intervention, and group therapy settings will be given preference. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and remote counseling interventions will also enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 and additional bonuses up to $2,000 based on your state licensure. For full-time counselors, annual salaries range from $90,000 to $135,000, and part-time positions offer a competitive hourly rate with bonus potential. Additional benefits include:
