Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to provide clinical assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate more detailed assessments as required.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive treatments aligned with their expressed needs and concerns.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to establish treatment goals and share valuable insights that improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as per organizational and professional standards.

• Provide crisis intervention support when needed and utilize effective risk assessment and management strategies to ensure client safety.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve on committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with patients facing major mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, along with a valid LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
