Role Description We\'re restructuring our sales team and need someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This is a contract role for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound sales communications, maintain excellent customer service standards, and process orders efficiently. Responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support for sales operations. Qualifications Comfortable with sales operations workflows Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with CRM or sales software is a plus Prior experience in the AV or event production industry is preferred Why WBSAV We\'re a tight-knit team in the event space.
