SMB Account Executive

We are searching for a driven and ambitious SMB Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach into the small and medium-sized business market. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, developing customer relationships, and closing deals for TaxCloud's products and services. In this role you will: Prospect and identify qualified leads within the SMB market Manage a funnel and convert customers in our under $5M space Understand customer needs and challenges, and present our solutions effectively Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales quotas Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams Your background includes: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SMB market Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot and PandaDoc a plus) and other relevant sales tools Knowledge of Sales Tax a plus Competitive salary and commission structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
