Sr. Manager, Strategic Key Accounts

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Senior Manager for Strategic Key Accounts to develop and expand relationships with major customers in the global in vitro diagnostics market. The role involves managing existing contracted business, identifying new opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and serving as the primary point of contact across customer and internal stakeholder teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans defining customer priorities, growth opportunities, and partnership expansion strategies
- Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned strategic accounts, building relationships across customer and internal teams
- Manage contracted portfolio including performance, commitments, pricing, and expansion opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations for existing and new business including pricing, supply agreements, and contract terms
- Identify and advance new business opportunities by collaborating with customers and internal technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, or life sciences
- 8+ years in strategic account management, business development, or complex B2B sales
- Experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex strategic customer relationships
- Advanced business or scientific degree preferred
