Under the supervision of a Deputy Labor Commissioner Supervisor (DLC Supervisor/Senior Deputy), the Management Services Technician (MST) will perform the technical and analytical tasks as it relates to Public Records Act (PRA) requests received for all WCA district offices. The MST, servinf as the Public Records Coordinator, is responsible for effectively responding to all public requests for case-related documents and information by reviewing and assessing all incoming requests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy using data and information gathered through research and analysis according to the Government Code, Article 6250.
