Work Environment\n

As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you'll be part of a supportive virtual team working remotely from the comfort of your own home. This telehealth setting not only enhances work-life balance but also ensures that you can reach clients who may benefit from receiving care in a less traditional environment. Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of vital counseling functions, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients in a telehealth format, establishing rapport while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment strategies.
\n
• Leading engaging therapy sessions that empower clients to express their emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and make impactful lifestyle changes.

• Regularly reviewing clients’ progress towards their treatment goals, scheduling follow-up appointments, and determining readiness for discharge.

• Maintaining accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure that each client’s journey is meticulously tracked.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers to enhance the efficacy of treatment plans and provide holistic care.

• Embracing a growth mindset by actively seeking ongoing training and development opportunities to refine your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional struggles, using evidence-based therapies tailored to their distinct situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive client assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services.
\n
• Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct virtual sessions and assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
