Project Support Coordinator

We're partnering with a growing commercial construction company in Milwaukee that is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their team. Responsibilities 2-4 years of construction project coordination, project administration, or construction support experience. Experience working in commercial construction environments. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong document control, organizational, and communication skills. Experience supporting subcontractors, vendors, and project teams. Support Project Managers on multiple active commercial construction projects. Manage project documentation, tracking logs, and schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project closeouts. Maintain project files within Procore and other project management systems.
