IT Project Coordinator

Required Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting IT projects or project management activities. Working knowledge of project coordination methodologies, documentation, reporting, and project lifecycle processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels. Primary Responsibilities Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, execution, and project closeout activities. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items. Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and other project documentation. Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or issues as appropriate. Track project budgets, resource allocations, and financial information as directed. Assist with risk, issue, and change management processes. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership. Coordinate communication among project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other participants. Ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and maintained according to PMO standards. Support continuous improvement of project coordination processes, templates, and reporting practices. Perform other project coordination and administrative duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
