Pay & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $500,000 annually
• Productivity Bonus: Uncapped, $84 per wRVU
• Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 (split into $50,000 in each of the first two years)
• Paid Time Off: 5 weeks
• CME Allowance: $5,000 annually
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient pulmonary care to adult patients, averaging 20-minute follow-ups and 40-minute new patient visits
• Perform advanced procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and central line placement
• Manage ventilator therapy and critical care interventions as needed
• Collaborate with a dedicated hospitalist team and operate in a hospital-owned clinic adjacent to ICU
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in routine outpatient clinic activities and procedures
• Contribute to quality patient outcomes and efficient clinical workflow

What You Need:

• Active BC/BE in Pulmonology
• Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Proven experience in pulmonary outpatient practice preferred
• Strong procedural skills including thoracentesis and intubation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
