Our client, a nonprofit, is looking for Event Support Staff for 2 days, June 10th & June 11th, onsite in Chicago. Our client is coordinating an offsite corporate volunteer event, and needs some extra hands!
Responsibilities
- Pre-setting tables with supplies
- Supporting volunteer event
- Organizing supplies
- General event logistics and breakdown
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing
- Comfortable in customer facing roles
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous event experience is a plus
Schedule:
Wednesday, June 10 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, June 11 | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
