Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience delivering speech therapy in an educational or school environment
• Familiarity with IEP documentation, development, and implementation
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, families, and students
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
• Conduct evaluations, interpret assessment data, and contribute to eligibility decisions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and student support teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation and progress reports
