This full-time, contract position supports students ranging in age from Pre-K through transition (up to age 22) across multiple school sites. What you’ll bring:

• Valid clinical license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Active educator license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)
• Prior experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting preferred
• A passion for supporting students’ developmental and educational needs
• Ability to adapt schedules based on different school start and end times
• Willingness to travel between school locations as assigned
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Completion of required fingerprinting and credentialing steps within set timelines

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students ages Pre-K to 22, adjusting strategies based on individual learning and developmental styles
• Collaborate with educational teams, families, and administrators to support students’ functional and academic success
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain compliant documentation
• Travel between multiple sites within the district to ensure seamless student care
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students

This contract role is fully on-site, providing the opportunity to work face-to-face with students, staff, and families—virtual placements are not available at this time. Hours vary (between 35–37.5 per week) depending on assigned school locations.
