Key Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with PT interventions and documentation for pediatric populations
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and changing caseload needs
• Willingness to commit to a short-term role for the fall semester, with possible extension into spring

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group physical therapy services according to students’ IEPs
• Conduct appropriate assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, other therapists, and families to support student progress
• Document services and maintain detailed records in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed

Position Details:

• Work either 2 or 3 days per week, with flexible scheduling options available
• Primarily serve elementary school students within a supportive school community
• Contract is for the fall semester with potential to extend into the spring
