Sales Development Manager:in Leadgenerierung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben Ziel der Stelle Ziel der Stelle ist die strukturierte, zielgerichtete und erfolgreiche Planung sowie Umsetzung von Vertriebskampagnen zur Gewinnung neuer Kundenkontakte. Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter:in im Bereich Kampagnenplanung und Leadgenerierung identifizierst du relevante Zielgruppen, entwickelst passende Vertriebsstrategien und steuerst die Ansprache potenzieller Neukund:innen über geeignete Kanäle. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Akquise- und Vertriebskampagnen, sorgst für eine professionelle Nachverfolgung der Kontakte und qualifizierst Leads für den weiteren Vertriebsprozess. Hierfür brauchen wir deine Expertise: Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Vertriebskampagnen zur Neukundengewinnung Definition und Analyse relevanter Zielgruppen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Ansprache- und Vertriebsstrategien Recherche und Identifikation potenzieller Neukunden, Ansprechpartner und Marktsegmente Analyse geeigneter Vertriebswege und Kanäle für die jeweilige Kampagne Koordination und Management der Erstellung passender Marketing- und Vertriebsmaterialien Durchführung von Kaltakquise per Telefon, E-Mail oder über weitere geeignete Kommunikationskanäle Erstansprache potenzieller Kunden und professionelle Vorstellung unseres Leistungsportfolios Nachverfolgung laufender Kampagnenkontakte und Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Kontaktpflege Qualifizierung eingehender und selbst generierter Leads anhand definierter Kriterien Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten, Kontakte und Ergebnisse im CRM-System Übergabe qualifizierter Leads an die Kundenbetreuung zur Vereinbarung von Vorstellungsterminen und zur Angebotserstellung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Kundenbetreuung und Marketing zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Kampagnen Auswertung von Kampagnenergebnissen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungspotenzialen für zukünftige Maßnahmen Dein Profil Durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, dein Gespür für Zielgruppen und deine Kommunikationsstärke trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, neue Geschäftschancen zu erschließen und unser Vertriebsteam nachhaltig zu unterstützen. Das bringst du mit: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Neukundenakquise, im Kampagnenmanagement oder in der Leadgenerierung Freude an aktiver Kundenansprache und ein überzeugendes, professionelles Auftreten Kommunikationsstärke, Hartnäckigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen Strukturierte, eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Kampagnen und Kontakte parallel zu steuern Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen Analytisches Verständnis zur Bewertung von Zielgruppen, Vertriebswegen und Kampagnenergebnissen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für vertriebliche Themen Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kaltakquise oder im B2B-Vertrieb ist von Vorteil Nice to Have Erfahrung im Bereich Windenergie Sicherer Umgang mit ERP/CRM Systemen Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb #J-18808-Ljbffr greenwind Group
