RecruiterDISH's Talent Acquisition team requires a high-volume Recruiter to drive a swift candidate experience across nationwide In-Home Services locations. The position solves critical staffing shortages by executing targeted candidate evaluation, sourcing initiatives, and business partner support. Key efforts focus on streamlining hiring funnels and utilizing data to maximize departmental recruiting efficiency.What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Review applications, complete pre-screening questionnaires, and schedule top talent for on-site interviews. Drive targeted sourcing initiatives across assigned locations to convert high-quality applicants into hires. Support key recruiting-related projects and align departmental OKRs with broader HR initiatives. Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service through rapid follow-through and prioritized urgency. Leverage AI applications and modern sourcing platforms to optimize applicant pipelines and reporting.Core Skills, Competencies, and Key Experiences (What you'll bring): Strong skills in evaluating high-potential talent and navigating modern sourcing platforms. Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations. Must have experience with professional ATS and internet sourcing platforms. The base pay range shown is a guideline.
