Work Environment\n

Working with Micro Precision Counseling Center means being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Our remote work structure allows for autonomy in scheduling while ensuring that our therapists can deliver personalized care to their clients. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a balanced work-life atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mental health diagnoses and collaboratively create and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapy sessions.
\n
• Document treatment objectives and outcomes accurately, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews that adhere to company policies.
\n
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including case managers, families, and medical personnel to ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Provide quality customer service, enhancing the client experience while promoting the organization’s mission of expanding mental health access.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and measure their success in therapy.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with a varied clientele that includes individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
