Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, to aid client growth and healing.

• Regularly reviewing and updating therapeutic goals, closely monitoring client progress towards achieving these objectives.

• Utilizing our teletherapy platform to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment outcomes to uphold ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Top Point Mental and Counseling Center will center on supporting a diverse clientele dealing with a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we highly value candidates with prior experience in private practice settings or those familiar with telehealth practices. Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with trauma histories, is also favorable. Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
