Join us as an Assistant Project Manager! Some of your key responsibilities include: Assist project managers with a variety of tasks from project start-up to close out Assist with preparing and maintaining files, schedules, & logs Drawing Reviews Locate vendors, prepare bid packages, & receive proposals Draft purchase orders, subcontracts and change orders Assist with the permitting process Distribute drawings to and communicate with subcontractors and field personnel Assist with invoice review and coding Visit the sites regularly and participate in the construction process. Assist with punch list and preparation of close out materials Qualifications: Construction Management or Engineering Degree preferred. Be located in the Greater Boston area or willing to relocate immediately (not relocation reimbursement provided) At least 1 years of experience in a similar role, with Commercial Construction experience within the United States. Proficiency required in appropriate systems, including but not limited to MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Must be dependable, possess a sense of urgency, organized, detail-oriented, possess comfort while multi-tasking, and show strong follow-up skills Ability to interact and work closely with team members in a busy environment under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication and interrelationship skills Must take initiative, be open to learning and taking on new tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr CMC Design-Build
