Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect clients’ unique circumstances, ensuring an evidence-based approach to therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adolescents and adults via secure video and audio telehealth platforms.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential patient records and documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a varied patient population, including adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, as well as adults navigating complex life transitions, stress management, and relational difficulties. Your ability to engage with clients compassionately and empathetically is vital in fostering trusting therapeutic relationships that promote healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
