About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and assist with inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
- Handle client correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
- Support office operations with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be biligual, English/Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Experience in a legal environment is a plus.
