About the Role:

Join RODRIGUEZ TARAZI LAW PLLC as a Front Desk / Admin Staff and be the welcoming face of our legal team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and assist with inquiries.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
  • Handle client correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records.
  • Support office operations with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be biligual, English/Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Experience in a legal environment is a plus.
