You will lead a large team of 16 or more staff members and collaborate with fellow management team members to uphold the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
• Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure coverage
• Implement training and development initiatives for team members
• Ensure quality assurance standards are consistently met
