Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a thriving upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Dallas. Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Coach, mentor, and develop service and management team members
• Drive a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, beverage service, and presentation
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and overall operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences
• Partner with the culinary leadership team to ensure seamless service execution
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives
• Help recruit, interview, hire, and train top hospitality talent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment
• Proven leadership experience in high-volume operations
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, and financial performance
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
