Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to systematically evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring precise and tailored treatment.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique challenges, goals, and therapeutic progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to deliver holistic and integrated treatment to clients.

• Educate and provide support to clients' families, promoting their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their active participation in the therapeutic process.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) , Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, supported by specialized training or certifications in evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Strong collaborative skills to effectively work with treatment teams and support staff.
