Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges and strengths, guiding treatment strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans, setting specific goals for progress and interventions based on ongoing assessment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to promote integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning as needed to navigate acute emotional situations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring continuity in care and compliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based bonuses.
