Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments with clients, gathering detailed information relating to their mental health concerns to formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and aspirations of each client, utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other suitable techniques.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, adapting your approach to be sensitive to the virtual setting.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring a supportive environment that promotes safety and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's health and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
