Benefits Manager

Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and coverage Coordinate benefits onboarding and enrollment for new employees Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, parental leave, and disability leave Support COBRA administration and ensure benefits processes meet applicable requirements Lead or coordinate the annual Open Enrollment process Maintain benefits documentation, employee communications, and required reporting Partner with benefits vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and support program administration Assist with benefits budgeting, cost tracking, and analysis Support wellness and employee well-being programs as needed Qualifications 8+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on benefits administration Hands-on experience managing employee benefits and leave programs Knowledge of FMLA, parental leave, disability leave, and COBRA Experience managing or supporting Open Enrollment Familiarity with benefits compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Professional/legal services or similar corporate environment experience (preferred) Experience with benefits analysis, budgeting, benchmarking, or wellness programs (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
