Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing contemporary evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct initial assessments to identify clients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges and strengths.

• Maintain timely and comprehensive progress notes and treatment documentation that meet established clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and case managers, to ensure holistic care and seamless service delivery.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and training workshops.

• Act as an advocate for clients by providing referrals and linking them to community resources and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Citrus Counseling and Psychological Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).

Compensation and Benefits\n
