Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves terminally ill patients and their families, who require sensitive and compassionate support as they navigate complex emotional landscapes. Qualifications\n

• Active California LCSW license.

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Heartfelt Connections offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
