Healthcare Business Development Manager

Location: New York City or New Jersey (Hybrid) Green Key Resources is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Healthcare Division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare staffing professional, recruiter, or staffing sales representative looking to build a rewarding career with one of the nation's leading recruiting firms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new client partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and driving growth across healthcare organizations including hospitals, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, home care agencies, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare facilities. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations throughout the Northeast and beyond Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract execution and account management Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions to clients Expand existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services Stay current on healthcare industry trends, workforce challenges, and market conditions Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruiting, staffing sales, or business development Proven track record of building relationships and generating revenue Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience working with healthcare providers, medical groups, hospitals, home care agencies, or healthcare staffing firms preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow a book of business Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Green Key?
