Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Associate to join our team in Las Vegas.

This position is designed for professionals interested in developing their leadership, communication, organizational, and business management skills while gaining practical experience within a fast-paced professional environment.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with team leaders and management, support day-to-day business operations, contribute to team performance, and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities.

This role provides a structured opportunity to build a strong professional foundation while preparing for future advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Support managers and team leaders with daily operational activities.
• Participate in leadership development and professional training initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating team priorities, projects, and performance goals.
• Build strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and internal teams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both individual and team settings.
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and team performance.
• Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and business development activities.
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members when needed.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow projects through completion.
• Develop a strong understanding of company operations, leadership practices, and organizational goals.
