Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions with your colleagues during staff meetings and participate in one-on-one sessions with your team manager and clinical supervisor to ensure best practices in therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental distress, tailoring effective treatment plans based on individual needs and progress.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques, and adapt strategies based on the situational context of each client’s experience.

• Work hand-in-hand with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress while providing consistent feedback and support.

• Deliver teletherapy services for clients who may have difficulty with in-person appointments, ensuring mental health care remains accessible.

• Adhere to ethical standards by maintaining thorough and precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine your clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse client base, including adults, children, couples, and families, providing counseling to individuals from various cultural backgrounds, including people of color and LGBTQIA+ clients. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing a range of issues such as relationship difficulties, trauma recovery, and various mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid state-issued LMFT license.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, teens, and families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional training or certifications in specialties such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy is preferred.
