Accounts Payable Specialist ( Mandarin )

Accounts Payable Professional We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, be bilingual in Chinese and English, and have prior experience in the real estate industry. This is an onsite position in Palo Alto, and the role will require the use of Yardi or similar accounting tools. Job Description Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Review invoices and expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and approvals Communicate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure timely payments Handle any other ad hoc tasks as required by the finance department Job Requirements 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role Bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Proficiency in Yardi or similar accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment About Us: Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
