Join our team at Butterfly Speech Therapy as a Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to transforming lives in a school setting for the 2026/2027 school year! CF's welcome for our school setting with supervision from our incredible owner, who has 10 years experience working with children in school settings, in-home, clinics and Telehealth services. We are a small private practice who provides speech therapy through in-home speech therapy and in school settings. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of speech and language disorders in pediatric and school-age populations. Your passion for helping children will help children develop essential communication skills, empowering them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. • $80,000-120,000 (based on experience) plus bonus

We believe in empowering our clients and providing a supportive, collaborative environment for our therapists. We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CF to join our team! You will manage a diverse school age caseload, conduct evaluations, attend IEP meetings, and develop engaging, individualized/group treatment plans. In this position, you will collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and fellow team members. Butterfly Speech Therapy fosters a fun, safe, and encouraging therapeutic environment.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders, an active California SLP License (or eligible for Clinical Fellowship - CF), TB test.
