Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate care effectively, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes for clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans outlining measurable goals and specific interventions to track client progress.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, creating safety plans to ensure clients' well-being during critical situations.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards, providing updated treatment records for compliance and quality assurance.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that empower clients and foster community connections.

You will work with a diverse population including children, adults, and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
