Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales operations strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including sales planning, forecasting, and POS attainment Drive improvement to forecasting process to accurately and more efficiently predict future revenue and resource requirements Drive accuracy of the sales forecast through Support Information / Technology service partners in the selection, implementation, and management of sales technology solutions, such as sales forecasting tools, sales analytics tools, and sales automation software, to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency Drive the adoption, change management, and use of new tools across the sales organization Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve sales productivity Latin America: Expand all of the above to Mexico and the rest of Latin America as the business grows and expands Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
