Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine individual client needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy services for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care and ensure the integration of services for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and expertise, offering timely interventions and strategies to clients experiencing acute distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
