The platform streamlines management of recurring treatment programs, such as weight loss, peptide and hormone therapy through automated medication and program workflows that reduce administrative work and improve care quality. Providers also gain access to lower-cost compounded medications that drive substantial savings and help reclaim patients from direct-to-consumer services by replicating that frictionless enrollment experience that patients have come to expect from DTC. But with DrWell, providers can deliver personalized, long-term health and wellness care while strengthening trust and outcomes in the provider-patient relationship. DrWell is DTC done responsibly.

Role Description The Growth Marketing Manager — Paid Media & Influencer Performance is a full-time, remote role responsible for marketing to two audiences: Providers and Patients.

\n

Provider marketing will be conducted through digital media via AdRoll (experience with AdRoll is therefore a must) as well as email marketing. Fill the funnel for our sales team to encourage providers to sign up and purchase a license for the DrWell platform.

\n

Patient marketing including directing patient traffic to the DrWell Provider Finder via influencer and email marketing. Therefore, the role will require experience with UTM tracking, GA4 and tracking metrics for influencer compensation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing growth strategies and experiments, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing funnels, and using data insights to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to refine messaging, enhance onboarding journeys, and support provider engagement initiatives. This role also oversees marketing operations, including automation workflows, tracking infrastructure with HubSpot, and reporting, to ensure scalable and consistent growth.

• Candidates must possess an intimate knowledge of HubSpot, AdRoll, GA4 and comfort with influencer marketing.

• Candidates should possess skills in Growth Marketing to design and execute data-informed acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to interpret performance data, optimize funnels, and report on campaign effectiveness.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Automation to build and manage lifecycle campaigns, nurture flows, and triggered communications.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver campaigns on schedule.
\n
• Experience with digital marketing channels (account-based marketing, social, email, content), A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities, with comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
\n
• 2–5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or B2B/B2C platform businesses.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; familiarity with healthcare or telehealth is a plus.
