FlexPoint is a rapidly growing venture backed Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of payments and financial solutions for the Managed IT Services (MSP) industry. FlexPoint has raised $19.5M in venture funding from top tier venture investors to date and is a fast growing startup.

Position Summary

\n

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Growth Marketing will own FlexPoint's marketing strategy and serve as the pipeline-growth leader for the company. This is both a leadership role and a hands-on operator role — you'll manage a talented team while staying close to the work and owning the numbers.

\n

\n

You will be the first dedicated marketing leader at this level. That means you'll bring structure and strategy to a team that's ready for it and looking to scale.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Own FlexPoint's end-to-end pipeline growth strategy including maintaining and optimizing the current event-driven engine while expanding into new, scalable channels.
\n
• Lead a team of marketers across multiple marketing functions.
\n
• Identify and test new channels
\n
• Establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks across the marketing org, including pipeline contribution, channel ROI, and ARR influence.
\n
• Partner closely with the CEO and Head of Sales to ensure tight alignment between marketing and sales pipeline goals.

Requirements

\n

\n
• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a demand generation or growth marketing leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or fintech company.
\n
• Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline impact — not just activity. You can point to real numbers and the strategies that generated them.
\n
• Experience managing and growing a marketing team, with a track record of elevating individual contributors through clear strategy and strong leadership.
\n
• A builder's mindset — you've built from a limited channel base before, iterated on what worked, and expanded into new channels with measurable results.
\n
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to define, defend, and report on marketing metrics to a revenue-oriented leadership team.

• Demonstrated experience in an SMB-focused B2B environment and sales-led GTM

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in fintech, payments, or the IT channel/MSP ecosystem.
\n
• Series A + company experience
\n
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or modern demand gen stacks.
\n
• Genuine curiosity about the MSP market and the role payments infrastructure plays in the broader SMB tech ecosystem.
