Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to effectively understand and analyze clients' unique mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, and continuously monitor progress towards those goals through regular sessions.

• Provide individual and group therapy solutions, adapting approaches to accommodate the specific needs of diverse client populations.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
