Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using validated tools to accurately identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and growth for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that encourage participants to share experiences and gain insights on common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and responsive support during mental health emergencies, helping to ensure patient safety and stability.

• Offer educational resources to patients regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community support services.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all patient records are accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, each with distinct mental health challenges. You will be working with clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder), trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Masters or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong ethical standards and the ability to navigate professional boundaries with sound judgment.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and common computer applications.
