• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related discipline, with substantial exposure to financial services environments.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations within the financial services industry.
• 6+ years of leadership experience, including responsibility for leading managers and building effective teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business or finance-related credentials are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, general ledger activity, account reconciliations, journal entries, and audit support.
• Demonstrated expertise in expense allocation and contract management within a complex operating environment.
• Proven ability to work with financial systems and deliver automation or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in a high-visibility leadership role.
