Strategic Community Engagement Manager

City of Rockville seeks a Community Engagement Manager to lead the Community Engagement Division within the Department of Communications and Community Engagement. The role develops and implements the city’s Community Engagement Strategic Plan, grounded in the IAP2 framework to strengthen relationships with community networks and expand outreach to underrepresented populations.
