Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to gauge the developmental status and needs of children, ensuring comprehensive understanding for the tailored services they require.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working alongside families and other professionals to set appropriate goals.

• Monitor child progress and family engagement as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive positive outcomes.

• Provide continuous support and guidance to families, assisting them in understanding their child’s development and empowering them with effective parenting strategies.

• Utilize coaching techniques and natural teaching methods, ensuring that interventions occur within the child’s typical environments.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to social work and mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily focus on supporting young children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families.
