Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Provide one-on-one and family counseling, guiding clients through life challenges such as mental health crises, relationship conflicts, or trauma recovery.

• Collaborate with clients to tailor service plans that connect them with essential community resources, helping empower them in their journey toward better mental health.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and formulate safety plans when necessary, ensuring client well-being and safety.

• Work closely with external agencies and organizations to coordinate services, serve as an advocate for clients, and maximize their access to needed resources.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about our services and enhance community engagement.

• Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to support each other and our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on vulnerable populations experiencing diverse social challenges, including mental health issues, homelessness, domestic violence, substance use disorders, and poverty. By adopting a trauma-informed and culturally competent approach, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients from various backgrounds rebuild their lives and overcome obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
