Account Director

We push what health can be and make it matter. Overview We are looking for an amazing Account Director to create experiences that change lives. The Account Director manages and grows the client relationship, expands services/business on large client accounts, and leads a team to maintain client satisfaction, increase revenue and drive growth. Responsibilities Own mid‑senior level client relationships within the client’s organization. With the Vice President, set and manage client account expectations. Oversee strategy development for assigned accounts, including key alliances and interactive marketing/advertising strategies that align with the client’s brand and support business objectives. Ensure client contact with internal brand team. Maintain responsibility for the quality, strategy, and integrity of agency products/services delivered to clients, cultivating loyalty and retention. Engage clients regularly to evaluate the success or failure of digital advertising/marketing initiatives and plan for course correction or continuous success. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and present new ideas to clients, seeking up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities. Manage profit and loss responsibility for assigned clients and conduct financial forecasting. Demonstrate significant knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and lead client brand teams when needed. Support and guide project team members. Communicate client and brand strategy insights, industry trends, initiatives, and competitive intelligence to the multidisciplinary team. Monitor trends in digital marketing, advertising, and client industry verticals. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in account services within the advertising industry. Experience with HCP and oncology required. One year of staff management, development, and mentoring preferred. Experience in marketing/promotion with healthcare brands required.
