Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conducting detailed patient evaluations, advising on diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health conditions, either independently or in collaboration with physicians (depending on your credentials)
• Educating patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and effective management techniques

Educational Prerequisites

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
