Director, P2P & Field Strategy Lead for ELREXFIO

Pfizer is seeking a Director, P2P and Field Engagement Strategy Lead to shape and execute peer‑to‑peer engagement and field strategies for US hematology/oncology brands. You’ll partner with Sales, Medical, Global teams and agencies to translate data into clinical resources and messaging for the field. The role requires strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage budgets while delivering timely, compliant materials.
