The Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales and trade spending objectives in support of strategic growth plans for the AWG team.

• Promo Validation/Analysis

• Post-promo Analysis for meetings
\n
• Optimize promotional strategies
\n
• Price points, items, timing, frequency
\n
• CPI Support
\n
• Price Tracking
\n
• Price Advance Support
\n
• OOS/Scan Monitoring
\n

\n

Business Support

\n

\n
• Post-Audit research
\n
• Case projections for display ordering
\n
• Data for Sales Finance to reconcile deductions
\n

\n

Wells Execution

\n

\n
• Annual Planning / CPT Management / Forecast/ Trade
\n
• Deductions/Claims Reconciliation
\n
• Shopper / Ecomm Partnership
\n
• Ordering Samples
\n
• PO Tracking
\n
• Ferrero/Ferrera Partnership
\n
• Business Planning Meetings (ie. Top Tier, Fast Start, etc)
\n

What You’ll Bring

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years Account Selling experience with a CPG company.
\n
• Presentation skills and strong influential communication skills.
\n
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
\n
• High level of interpersonal skills to help foster and develop relationships that will continue to help grow the business base and create opportunities for future growth.
\n
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a broad scope of responsibility and a fast-paced environment.
